|Casseroles||Brown the meat in a pan, add vegetables, cover with stock, wine or ale. Bring to the boil then simmer until infused and tender.|
|Roasts||Rare||20 minutes per 450g|
|Medium||25 minutes per 450g|
|Well||30 minutes per 450g|
