Red Ruby Cooking Guidelines
Steaks Rare 2 minutes per side
Medium 4 minutes per side
Well 6 minutes per side
Casseroles Brown the meat in a pan, add vegetables, cover with stock, wine or ale. Bring to the boil then simmer until infused and tender.
Roasts Rare 20 minutes per 450g
Medium 25 minutes per 450g
Well 30 minutes per 450g
